Honor America Days Parade, Rome, NY July 28, 2012

Heritage Days in Westernville June 1-3, 2012

The home of the Fort Schuyler Society of the C.A.R. is in the Greater Utica area although we have members who live in other areas of our state and country. Our area includes the site of the Oriskany Battlefield and also Fort Stanwix. Located in Rome is the Tomb of the Unknown Revolutionary War soldiers. We maintain our own website, www.fortschuylersocietynscar.webs.com. We are sponsored by Oneida Chapter D.A.R. and Oriskany Battle S.A.R. Our recent activities include participation in the Utica Memorial Day parade; Heritage Days in Westernville; Honor America Days parade in Rome; wreathe laying at the Oriskany Battlefield and at General Herkimer’s Gravesite.
